This notice covers the EduCatch marketing site's early-access inquiry form.

What we collect and why

We collect your name, work email, school or district, professional role, interest, and a record of your permission to contact you. The EduCatch team uses this information to respond to your inquiry and discuss early access. Please do not submit student records.

Storage and access

Requests are stored in our hosting database and sent to the EduCatch team's notification inbox. Our hosting and email providers process this information to operate those services. Access is intended for team members who handle inquiries.

Retention and choices

Inquiry records in the application database are automatically removed after 365 days. Notification emails and provider backups are separate copies and may remain until deleted under the team's and providers' retention processes. You can ask us to stop contacting you or request deletion by emailing dtrammell4@gmail.com.

Abuse prevention

We temporarily store hashed identifiers derived from email and network addresses to limit automated submissions. These expire after at most two hours and are removed by routine cleanup. Hosting and email providers may keep their own operational logs.

The form does not create a school account, enroll students, or subscribe you to a general newsletter.
